Upgrade Notes for Customers with HiChat Voice Custom Development Prior to v1.7

Migrate from Old Configuration​

v1.7 and later no longer load local /opt/booster/RTCCli/custom_settings.toml and /opt/booster/RTCCli/default_settings.toml as dialogue configuration sources.

  • Before upgrading, back up the related files if you have modified local configuration files.
  • After upgrading, organize the persona, greeting, and style requirements from the old configuration into a custom persona in HICHAT HUB.
  • After migration, verify through an actual conversation that the greeting, role settings, and response style take effect.

Post-configuration Check​

  • Confirm that the robot can enter the voice or dialogue flow normally.
  • Confirm that the greeting, identity settings, and response style match the current scenario.
  • Confirm that the configuration saved in the console is the one currently intended for use, to avoid mixing configurations from multiple scenarios.
